Love Mine!

I Have None Of The Said Problems With Mine. The Remote Door Closer NeedTo Be Set With The Existing Remote By The Book. I Do Seem To Have A Reception Problem With XM Radio It Will Drop Out With No reason. Have Tec. Service Looking In To It. Has anyone Else Had A Problem? The Emergency Trunk Key Has To Be Pushed In (All) The Way And Turned Clockwise to Release. I Did Pull The ECM Fuses To Reset The Timing Incase They Put Regular Gas In At Factory. For The Shifting Problem With Transmission.

I had to have the regulator for the driver side window replaced last Thursday because every time I had the top up and shut the door(window up) it would rattle. Then when I went to pick up my car and moved the driver seat back it made a loud screeching noise. Since it was late in the afternoon and my husband dropped me off and left I couldn't leave my car so I took it back in yesterday. At least I don't work and have to worry about taking time away from work to deal with all this like some of ya'll have had to do, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be. They have ordered a new seat track and hopefully after they fix that I won't have any new issues. Of course I still have the issue of the rub marks on my top, which hopefully GM will have a permanent fix for soon!!

trunk key

just keep turning. it's a little harder than you would think, but it will work the trunk key would only be needed if the battery were dead, and it feels spring loaded, i know its a new car and all, but turn just a little harder and it will open..

My stereo does that if I don't have an XM signal when I start the car. It will switch to the ipod.

Anyone notice the seats don't recline?

Hub took his vert to the dealer a week or two ago, because he couldn't get his setback where he likes it. Apparently, no one there could, either. Hub kindof 'relaxes' in the seat, tilting the back to between probably 60-70 degrees. But the vert won't do it. He sits up much more than he likes.
Thoughts? Glitch, or is there some rationale for non-reclining seats in the vert?

I smile because I don't know what the heck is going on.

I've got the same "issue".. its all of them. I'm assuming its to do with the extra bulk of the rear sidewalls that houses part of the top mechanics, not allowing the seat to go back too far and either burning out the motor from trying to recline further than it can, or rubbing the rear armrests and damaging either the seat or trim...

I could go for a few more degrees back myself

Sorry to be the depressing one, but you asked for it!

1. Clips not put on before delivery, toneau cover blew off at 70mph.
2. Rail dust on black car, scratched up taking off.
3. Brake booster went out.
4. A/C compressor blew up (Literally).
5. Vert top bent and was replaced (back brace under window).
6. Wind noise very loud (Possibly because of new brace and securing)
7. Passenger door closes a little off alignment, not too bad (I just notice things)
8. Stearing problem, they say have to reprogram AC because of too much strain on belts.
9. I'm sure I will tell you in a couple of weeks what's next!

It would be the greatest car in the world if not for these issues (Domestic)
If they have to work on your car, make sure they don't scratch the paint and scar up the dashboard or under hood when repairing. Makes car alot less desirable!
