Cant say I have those issues, but dont know your mods, but then I again, I have no codes, no issues, car runs great. Now I only did one cycle, may need to do up to 5 of them. Half tempted to bring to the dealer and have them do it for me. Don't care about the charges, its worth it for the aggrevation. The car has passed inspection before , so i know it can, just hate putting miles on my car.

I would swap out my parts and put back my stock manifold and solo HFC, but then again how do I know that will work either . I have 6 weeks before the inspection is due, hopefully I get it right.

airraid cai, bbk longtubes and hiflow cats, doug thorley catback exhaust, trifecta tune. The tune turned off the o2 sensor codes I was getting, but then I kept getting the misfire codes. We changed 1 of the injectors, but I was still getting misfire codes from that same cylinder and other cylinders.

I clear the codes on the EZ Flash program. The next day I go to start the car, on the cold start the car runs real rough and the CEL comes back on with the misfire codes.....I did hear that there is a service bulletin for cold start issues on the v6. What if i flashed the car back to stock tune, brought the car in to the dealer to get the updated flash for the service bulletin, do a datalog with the new flash and send it to Trifecta? Perhaps they can rewrite the tune so that it doesnt override the dealer flash?

Idk, its just frustrating because I cant pass inspection and I am overdue. I figured the tune wouldve taken care of the CEL coming back on

Do you have the ghost cam turned on? That would cause very rough cold start.

The tune should have taken off the cell, as I have none, have you done a datalog and sent to trifecta?? Our set ups are pretty similiar save for the CAI, so not sure why yours is doing what its doing.

Are you pulling the codes? Maybe the knock sensor.

Ive had this same problem best advise I got was flash it back to stock for some strange reason it worked . But when i use trifecta it back to monitors not completing. Now it back even with my turbo build nothing seems to set got to flash it back stock and after mission flash it back. Vince really needs to look into this I am sure they more people with the same problem.

Not that this would help but it may be lean at start up causing the miss fires. It sound like you are having a fuel issue. If you have a inspection due the best advise I can give is go back stock and after inspection put your mods back on an data log it and send to Vince hopefully he can work it out..

It will the best thing to do is go back to stock exhaust if you still have it. I personal hate that trifecta doesn't work out the bugs in there tune but with that said there the only tuners for the llt. Good luck sorry I am not much help.

Well got these 3 codes on the car today, but no check engine light

P0300 Cyl misfires
P0302 Cyl 2 misfire
P0305 Cyl 5 misfire

But here is the wierd part. Drove this car all of last week. 600 miles, no cell, runs great, saw in an email from trifecta that I have unmetered air entering the manifold, think great , maybe this is my issue of the evap system not getting ready. notice that two of the four bolts are loose. so I retorque them, I even use gasket maker arount the washers, spacers and bolts becuase when I sparoyed starter fluid I can see it getting sucked in, not quickly but it does, I waited 2 days to make sure it dried.

The car sat for a week since the last time I drove it. I figured let me drive it through a cycle in hopes of getting my evap system on line. I go to start it tonight, very rought ,misfires, sound like it wants to die, I can actually hear some clanking at the Throttle body, like as if the moving plate inside is banging. The whine is super loud. Is it possible for the TB to have gone bad.?

Now I will say this I have had a slight whine at idle for months, wehn I hit the gas it goes away, at first I thought it was my catch can, becuase if I pinched the hose from the out line of the catch can , the sound would go away, but I disconneted my catch can, rehooked up the orginal pvc line and that sound is still there and sure enough if I pinch it the sound goes away. So I have no idea what the hell that is but the car has always run great

So I am thinking bad pvc valve?, bad TB? Could I have done something wrong with retorqueing the bolts went to 18lbs, can't see that the gasket maker would have done any harm

well after fixing everything, spraying maf, no leaks anywhere doing the gm drive cycle 2 to 3 times as well as driving to baltimore and back still have two systems not ready, catalyst and evap system. This is starting to piss me off big time as the car runs great. So I have only a few ideas

email vince a datalog but I don't think that will do anything , unless he still see;s a leak

take it to the dealer and have them get the evap system ready, dont care if they charge me to do this, as its frustating as hell and the car is out of warrenty.

remove my lt and go back to stick manifold and my solo hfc, I know I passed inspection with that set up. Onlyh concern I have is how do I know after spending the money that the evap system will go ready again. I don't and thats the problem

So what do you guys think

Take it to the dealer and have them run a evap engine bay test it should complete the evap if no codes are found far as Vince good luck been there and I know it sucks.
