The car we have on order is a 45th anniversary - carbon flash metallic convertible. Funny thing is that since our car was only days old when they put it on the lot and it sold quickly they went and ordered SIX MORE in that color scheme. ONE of them lives in my neighborhood!! *smacks forehead* So we opted to be a little more unique.

We LOVE this color scheme though. I"m very sad about giving it up. It sure is a head turner!

Hey everybody. How do I start the process. my wife just thinks she can go to the dealership and drop off the keys and basically tell the dealership you have one week to reimburse me for everything we've paid thus far. Since we got zero percent she thinks we should get the entire amount back. I'M THINKING DIFERENTLY. Can I get a little inpuut

There are also a couple of gm reps that are on this board who may help you open a case. There may be other remdies that I don't know about. Your best bet is to gather all the information you can. Document everything and follow the escalation processes.
