Why do people keep mentioning the z28? Chevy is not doing the z28. Did you not hear that there officially announced a 1LE camaro for 2013? It's basically a zL1 with an SS engine. Offered only with a slomanual transmission.

I own a ZL1 and love every bit of that bada-- car. The only disappointment I have is the promotion of it. Is it just me or is their not very many commercials for it, like none.

i'm very upset for NOT buying a ZL1 yet.. seeing all the pics in the forum makes me angry, i wish i would have one right now.. i got, to get to a dealer and order quickly a 2013..--victory red or dusk blue..hum i'm so undesided.....

...well, I have used up at least 5 of my 9 lives, so I'm good for a while longer, God willing.... . I truely believe I have a Guardian Angel watching over me. I have paid for transgretions in the past. Yes, there are laws. There are risks. There are consequences. There is not enough public paved real estate ( in the North East) to operate this car. The car as supplied, with it's weight, size, and handling capabilities, is a bit underpowered. The car operated at the upper end of it's limits give me feedback that the chasis and supension can handle more power than as supplied by the factory. So, if we can run as an outlaw now, what will we be if we have even more horsepower? Demigods? I ask. Do you want to live forever?

A local radio personality in my area who is big into church brings up that if you really loved animals and pets you'd let them go, and so we can't really love a cat or a dog, I don't agree, however...

I'm sure he would say you can't love a car either, I really disagree with that. I love my car. Sometimes I just sit in it for hours in the driveway while on this forum. Hours.

Let your pet go where? I tell them "get out" and they always come back. I love my husband, check, my pets, check, my truck, check and yes my ZL1, check. And just like with my husband, pets, truck, and ZL1 I will not be having sex with any of them. My Husband, what? It's not his Birthday or Anniversary.

I love the looks of my zl1 I love the way it handles but the quality and the issues I have had with it makes me hate it and the way the gm rep handled my case and lied to me makes me hate it and gm even more. It's been a nightmare with this car. My dad and I bought identical cars as a father son thing and one of my dads last performance cars as he's close to 70 and the whole thing started out like a fairy tale and I was on cloud nine but it has gone south fast. My dads car was built in August after the "hold" was over mine was built during the "hold" makes me wonder if things were rushed cause it seems that way. My dads is much much better quality wise and he only has one of the multiple issues I have had so I don't have buyers remorse but if I had to do it all over again and I will it wouldn't be a zl1
