All 13's get the $500 and listed in the VIN incentive look-up it says that the ZL1 gets the $500 bonus cash (code ZDD). I just read the through all of the rules and it doesn't say anywhere that the ZL1 is excluded. I ran the VIN incentive look-up for ZL1 car# 90.

*And the nice lady that I had on the phone turned out to be a big help!

The only vehicles that worry me about charge-backs are the ZL1's. It's stated plain as day in programinfo and in the email from my zone rep that the '13's get the 'Love it or Return it" promo. The following is straight from program number 12-40AAA-01 description (CHEVROLET BONUS CASH ALTERNATIVE):

I am using the .gm family first discount, it's preferred pricing and Eva. The dealer never mentioned the $500 cash today.
