It was the evaporator core that was punctured. They claim that something was not installed properly at the factory, causing it to puncture. They had to remove the dash and windshield to get it repaired. I cringe at the thought. Carpet is still damp from the leaking. I'm still trying to dry it out. I thought I had it all dried out but then I found moisture under my floor mat yesterday when I went to vacuum.
