Complaining about the size of the back seat and the answer is a Viper or 911? Congratulations troll, you got what you wanted with these responses. (I guess I'm guilty as well.)

Camaro's aren't for everyone. However if you were expecting not to get flamed then your best bet was to post this on a Viper or 911 forum - not here.

Best of luck on whatever you buy...

Have you considered investing in a new paint job? Sounds like that's your major complaint...

That's the difference between a real Camaro lover and, well, something else.

Good luck to you.

While I agree with your frustration on some aspects of he car, you're ignorant to the fact that you bought a car! Not a showroom garage queen. Go buy a ZR-1. Go buy a mustang! You want speed out the gate? You're on a forum! You had every bit of knowledge about the car right here before you EVER made the purchase. The fact that you didn't research and just forked over money is your own damn fault you're not happy. You bought a cat in a sack and was hoping for gold? What's your name and where do you live? I have a few wooden nickels to sell you. Lol

You bought a cheap car, well relatively cheap. You have to remember you bought a 25k car, with a ton of stuff added to it to boost up to 40k if its a 2ss Rs like mine.

It is one of the top of the line chevy cars, and for a cheaper brand, thats not a good thing. It means you are getting the best of the mediocre.

Like deciding between the nicest camry, or a the cheapest Lexus. Same price, but the lexus will probably be better.

Its a trade off. I could have bought a mercedes, with dual zone HVAC, a smoother ride, more resilient paint job with a better clear coat, etc.

no brand is without its issues, try fixing a mercedes and tell me the camaro has expenesive parts.

I also think maybe they fixed the paint issue, or the metallic doesnt have the problem. I have ZERO rock chips, 12,000 miles, 90% highway.

He bought it USED for $25k according to other posts in other threads. He did not buy a new car but expected it to be new....

So where is the OP? What's the thought of the day today? Sounds like he does not know what he wants. Whatever made him think posting this thread was a good idea? What is the the purpose of telling the whole world these negative thoughts? Just go trade it in on your next idea and go on. Someone else will appreciate the Camaro you have now alot more than you do.

The last Ford I owned the paint bubbled from bird droppings. Mercedes has plenty of orange peel paint jobs. This sounds like he got married and is now looking for excuses to get out of it.

The Camaro is the best car I have owned in years hands down - just don't wrap your life around it.

2 things here. Either the op has brutal driving habits like tailgating or he's trolling. I daily drove my camaro for close to 2 years and had one small rock chip. I didn't tailgate and i stayed off gravel roads. If he thinks a used 911 will solve his problems he's in for a rude awakening.

GM paint SUCKS big time... so just drive it with the chips! It's got character you gave it, like worn jeans.

These are muscle cars, not exotic sports cars. Nothing against Porsche, etc. Just not the same.

They are road warriors, just like the old ones... just drive it, drive it hard...
