agreed. A camaro needs a blower. And let me hear her whine...

Kenne Bell's customer service is the worst of the supercharger bunch. There products are very nice but if you have a problem good luck getting help on the phone or threw Emails. I was going to buy a KenneBell 2.1L for my 2003 Mach1 and asked questions about the system, options and features. They hurried me off the phone, told me it's on the website and or they didn't have time for customer troubleshooting. I went with a Procharger P1SC and made more to the wheels than a Kenebell 2.1L at the same PSI. Procharger is the way to go honestly, there customer service is top notch. Kennebell full kit with black head unit, 8# pulley, 6 rib belt, programmer was $5499. I got a discount for calling Procharger and i got there kit for $5,300 shipped and it had an upgraded polished head unit, 10# pulley upgrade with 8 rib cog belt instead of the 8# standard kit, my hand held tuner came with 91 & 93 octane tunes, and extra supercharger oil for my first 2 changes. You make the call !!! I would go with Procharger first then Whipple, Maggie or STS turbo then Vortech then Kennebell last

That's a little troubling. I have to agree that I've been calling Kenne Bell for 3 weeks and can't get someone on the phone. Their email response was a one liner. However, they do have the most thorough website. Their claims are much more conservative and they stress that their systems will not affect the life of the engine. A website doesn't provide customer support though.

Whipple was very helpful and quick to respond. Does anyone have any experience with their product or is aware of reliability issues?

Thanks for the info WeeZee, but I think Ill stay with twin screw or roots.

By the way BlownChevy is from Magnuson and he seems to know his stuff. Plus he is on this site a lot and offers up a lot of information. I am getting my car done at Lingenfelter as we speak and their customer service is also top notch. Every time I call, I always can get someone on the phone to help with my questions. To make a great product is one thing but the company has to follow up and provide good customer service to be a top notch company in my book.

Yea, techco seems like they have very good customer service as well. The new maggies are great but they are just too quiet for me.

Will it get loud enough if you're pushing enough psi? It's howling pretty good in the video that Magnuson has Just wondering

I remember when I was 16 and living in Overland Park Kansas, I had a new dog and was taking him to obediance. Well, after I got done I was walking him through this business park and I see this BRIGHT yellow Z/28 on what I seem to remember was a chassis dyno.

The building was ATI Procharger and I had no clue who they were. I went and started bugging some employee about the car and he was awesome, totally cool about answering my stupid 16 year old questions. From then on, I have been a fan of Procharger. If I remember correctly, they were one of the first Centrifugal manufacturers to offer intercoolers with their systems.

Just my little story.

this has probably been said but ill say it again.
(sorry for any misspells)

Fesler moss = Magna Charger
Hennessey = Magna Charger
lingenfelter = Magna Charger
SLP = Magna Charger

Did they all make the wrong choice? i like to think not

(yes i am aware that KB, Techo, and other systems were not out yet, but wouldn't these big name tunners want to wait if they knew it would be worth it? )

i feel that the majority of the people want a quieter supercharger and the new maggies are quiet. I never said the magnacharger was bad, i just like my supercharger loud, unlike the new magnacharger. I believe they chose them because they have been around a while, and that they are not very noticable.
