Sounds sick! Why is there so much smoke?

is there a silencer on the exhaust or does the camera just distort the exhaust sound?

I'm still running a stock exhaust.

Looking good! Anxious to see what you put down for numbers. Exhaust change will sound nice with the blower whine.

Would love the power, but I am not going to cut my hood. So I guess I am stuck with looking at the Vortec SC's.

You don't have to cut the hood, just get a COWL hood and your fine.

So if you used a Front Mount Intercooler, could you fit the SC under a stock hood? I'm not too savvy on roots-style SC's.

Nope. You can't route the intake charge through a front mount intercooler with one of these (to the best of my knowledge).
