See, that's what I don't quite get. 6'7" fits, I'm 6'2" and my head is against the roof on a 'vette. The 2001 Viper, the top of the window frame was directly in my line of sight. I could, and would have to, look over the windshield to drive it.

My daily driver is a pt cruiser convertible and I have 3-4 inches of head room, the Camaro about 2".

It probably depends on the generation of Viper. I have tall friends that drive the Gen IV and Gen V. But again that's with the simple seat lowering mod. I think you just remove spacers under the seats.
