If it IS clearly, commonly known, what the repercussions are; It makes the decision much more reckless.... and sympathies evaporate.

When you are hired by GM. You sign a peice of paper saying that you will not violate the camera policy by taking any pictures anywhere inside the plant. You could take a picture of the friggen toilet you use and you still could get canned.

28 years, he should have known better. i have no sympathy for the man. He would be in the CAW union. And he would have been employed by GM directly as all skilled trades are. They have not contracted out skilled trades YET.

So, he gambled and lost, let it be a lesson to anyone else in the plant who thinks they can get away with it, and more, because lord knows they try, and some succeed, with hilarious results which makes it even more fun to work there.
