Sawit on autoblog a couple of days ago, wouldve been better to have the same design as the g8 but with a chevy sign but oh well....
Id choose the Charger over this one

I would absolutely love to get one of these. I'm not a cop and I would never consider buying a used cop car (I work with cops and I know how you drive ), but I would buy one of these when it would go to auction, if they don't make a civilian version.

Hopefully they will decide to make it available to the public too at some point. Not sure if the article mentioned it. Didn't read it. Will say I do recognize the cheap chevy interior.

How would you recognize it when it's an Australia-sourced interior that looks nothing like anything Chevrolet currently offers today?

Hate to bust some bubbles, but this car has been around the middle east for awhile now. GM just didn't sell it in the US... In fact the 1996 Impala SS is still very popular in Kuwait. This caprice is popular there as well.... Just glad to see it making it's way back to the good ol USA
