Judging by the path of the tube, it appears that mid mount twin turbo kits such as the AGP and Huron Speed kits will have no clearance issues. Can you confirm this Ted? Thanks!

Hey Ted, I have a vibration noise after installing the dipstick. It generally only happens on low-moderate acceleration, and started after I put the dipstick in. I wiggled the dipstick and it seems pretty solidly attached and not loose. I also checked to make sure nothing was rubbing up against anything else, and it all looks clear to me.

Do you have any ideas?

I just got the dipstick today and I can confirm with the AGP kit it works. I will say it took like 3 hours because the whole turbo had to be dropped. So note to others get this before your turbo kit goes on.

Hello Ted,
The dipstick looks great. I have been trying to install this but with no success.
Removing the bolt was simple, unclipping the main harness that goes along the transmission and along the back of the block near where the tube path goes to get it out of the way as much as possible was simple, it is limited by length by the heat shrink harness that goes to the starter. I have tried manipulating the dipstick in multiple ways around that harness that has limited length. Trying the get the bolt hole to line up with Maybe the picture can help but I am open for suggestions from the field on what they did to get around this. This is a 2013 ZL1 4L90E Trans. Not sure what I am missing here.
The harness will not move any further without separating something.

I believe your are supposed to go under/below the harness

where the diptstick goes into the tranny I can go up or along side the tub. It had to move because the harness was buttoned down right near where the tube enters the tranny. The problem for me is where that heat wrapped tubing which shares the same harness does not have enough length to get over the upper corner bolt of the transmission, even if I unsnap a holding clip that is in the back of the cylinder head. If you look at your original picture of the tube and transmission on the first page, the tube and upper passenger side of the transmission converge at that point. That is where I cannot push the harness over that upper passenger point so the tube cannot get closer to the transmission, the bracket would crush that separate wire. My harness seems shorter and that is causing the interference of the two. Short of pulling the starter to lengthen the wires or see if there might be some bundled up extra wire that will give me that extra inch or two to go up. I know the picture that I took doesn't show the best angle but I have moved it up and over as much as possible.

I am sorry that you are having a problem, this is a first in over 300 sold, if it does not work for you we are happy to refund you..

I had issues at first but I noticed it was hitting the spark plug wire up top. Removed it had a helping hand and it went right in. Also side note I put the grommet in first then slid it in. When I tried to install with the grommet I couldn't get it to work. Once I did both those it slid right in.

Just ordered one.

I've got Kooks LT's and 3in exhaust. It should clear it all, right?
