I was just saying cause you said sacrifice .1 of performance... in reality you aren't sacrificing anything. IMO you're gaining more with the perks like you've stated above lol.

For me I think the gt500 was a great car and was much more powerful than the challenger srt8 that I test drove. It also drove great and had an awesome interior. I sold the gt500 to a friend because I fell in love with the ss camaro and the fact that it was over 15000 grand less. I love the looks of the challenger and was going to get one until I got the change to drive the gt500. To each is own ,right?

Meh, I like the challenger front, but I hate the rear end. I personally think that a new orange or blue mustang with stripes looks great, but to each his own

I agree on the performance of the Challenger not being quite up to par with the competition, but it is an excellent road car. I test drove an RT and it has great seats and great suspension for logging miles. I drove it on a section of freeway that's pretty rough in my truck and my car and it just ate it up. If you just wanted to cruise, do road trips, and 'hoon', I think it'd be a great choice.
No offense to Mustang guys, but there is something about the Mustang that just doesn't really appeal to me. I liked the Bullit, but the rest seem sort of busy and overwrought with their lines. |

That's funny, because I think the same thing every time I pull up to one. Most of the time I'm right, although she may not be in high school or even college any more. I definately appreciate the Camaro, Mustang and Challenger. Through the years, I have owned one of each. I bought my Challenger because I am 6'2 and just felt more comfortable in the Challenger. It's got plenty of performance for me, I've already gone through 50% of the rear tires in six months! I just cant wait until they come out with the 426 c.i. That should truly be a beast.

BS, I'm throwing the flag on this one. I'll put my RT against a stock SS any day. Or an SRT. All I've got is a catback, CAI and a tune, the SS and SRT should still both have more HP than my car. 4.6 secs 0-60 with a needs improvement launch.
