I feel your pain. About three weeks after I got mine and just a week after the install of the tinting, this is what I came out to early in the a.m. (this is the back window). Completely shattered. Luckily the tinting held it in place until I could get to the glass shop.

They're just jealous losers that don't have any respect.

Oh my god, that is bloody irritating.

Stuff like this holds me back from getting a Camaro, and going for the hordes of accords and civics in my college town. We have a particularly crappy part of town that the cops don't care about and there are always student's homes robbed and cars broken into in that area. Unfortunately, I live very close to it.

It's really irritating to want a Camaro so bad but I think worrying about it nonstop on top of everything else happening in your life (especially considering our house doesn't have a garage - cheap student housing - so it's in open air all night) is something I have to seriously consider.

Thoughts?

Why are all these hate crimes against the camaro happening in Texas? Im starting to freak out...I dont even leave me camaro out in my driveway anymore...even if its brawd day light...

Thank You God. I haven't heard of any hate crime in my area. I've been very lucky in my home town w/ very desent people.

Hey man, I'm sorry that happened to you. They smashed my passenger side window about a month ago, so I know how it feels.

Something to keep in mind when you get it fixed though: make sure that when they put the new glass in, that it "indexes" properly. You know when you close the door, how the glass moves up automatically to seal up into the doorframe seal? When they installed mine, it didn't go up into the seal, it barely touched it. After some annoying back and forth, they are finally coming to install it again tomorrow.

So just a heads up.
