Silveradoss can you post some more Pic's of your car, I am thinking of either matte or Satin on the hood and I have the Zl1 style spoiler painted Satin issue sitting on the shelf.

If I had to replace mine, I would go satin 100% on the hood wrap. Fyi I wipe Maguires natural shine protectant on, let it set for 10 minutes then wipe until I get the finish I'm after. That's why mine looks the way it does.

Yours is factory Matte? I am trying to match the hood vent and my splitter some what, I had the rear spoiler sprayed with Trim black which matches my Pre painted ACS Splitter.

Yes still the factory matte wrap still in excellent condition. I don't have any pics of the wrap without the protectant (I think) as I've been doing this since I bought the car. Actually I use to use turtle wax ice but that went bad and found the meguires lasted a little bit longer. I'll do some looking and see if I can find a picture though.

This is really the only one I can find at the moment. Photo is from the previous owner when he listed the car for sale. If you do some searching, you can find a ton of pictures of the bare matte finish.👍

I think the matte is to dull for the Ashen Grey color, Satin is probably the better choice.

Yeah it seems more often than not, people go with satin when the time comes.
