Looking at this picture the tensioner has near Zero tension.

It should have been in the center or just over center toward the Tighter side of it's travel.

Finally got the car back. Pulleys were aligned from the original install. I guess the belt was hopping off the idler pulley. They installed a new walled pulley, and from the looks of it the diameter is slightly bigger. No belt wiggle or vibration from the long run. Took the car through its paces and so far no issues.

I have to say I am still a little timid on pushing it to its limit.

Took the car out. Quick 1-2 and the belt popped off. Tensioner didn't break (thank god), but this belt woes f-king sucks D. Could it just be the damn green belt that I've been using? Gunna go back to the black belt, and see how that does.

Oh my. Do you have a GoPro or other camera you could mount under the hood to see if there is any unusual movement somewhere in the belt drive while driving?

Changed the break in oil.. oil looked pretty good.

Put in 6 qts of oil. Seemed kind of low compared to the 7.5/8 qts from the old ls3. Checked the dipstick, read normal. Even after a warm up, oil looked good.

So far cars running strong. No belt issues, runs great etc.

Contemplating now on going bigger, but the more I think about it, it's pointless having 1000whp on the street.

Changing the fluids for winter storage.

Mobil 1 ATF
Royal Purple Diff fluid
Kirkland synthetic 5w30

How are you liking the ECS kit I am debating between pro charger and ECS for a mild street car.

Not a bad kit. My deciding factor was it was cheaper than a procharger, and it equated to the same power. I just saw prices right now, and DAMN.... they went up substantially
