Maybe do the participant drawing a bit before the submission deadline? I sure would hate for someone (me) to spend a few hours or even an entire day on this project only to find out I'm one of the few guys that didn't get picked.

Just a time saving suggestion.

Hey, I am still in, I am going to get a new picture this week if the weather ever breaks here, If not I will send one I already have and the payment for 1 or 2 calendars at that point. Consider me a Definite. Thank you for spear heading this.

This is so cool Daniel what you are doing for us!! Much appreciated. I will fire off an email to you in a bit with a pic and info. The weather here has been pretty crappy the last few days, and is supposed to be worse the next few days. So I'll have to submit a pic I already have. Thanks again sir!!

I like the thought of the calendar but yeah I agree. I myself am not going to spends hrs getting my car prepped plus photos and then addressing the other details without knowing if my junk is even going to be in the calendar in the end. Good luck to those that are participating.

Yeah, we can hold the drawing a few days before hand, I'm good with that. But, in case you guys haven't read the posts, all cars submitted will be represented. The ones not drawn will be put on the cover in a collage.

But yeah for sure, if this isn't your cup of tea, by all means, don't submit. No harm no foul.

There is a lot more involved on this end than just detailing a car and taking a few pics however. I spend well over an hour every night fielding emails, logging people's information and payments on a spreadsheet, reminding some folks that I need more information, stuff like that.

To be sure, much like when we detail a car, this is a labor of love and you will get no complaint from me on that. And having done projects like this in the past for my business, I can assure you that I will be spending countless hours, putting the actual calendar together. So yeah, if a few hours detailing your car seems daunting, I get it.
