I think the Camaro looks good from that angle.

I like the description MT gave of the Challenger. An 11/10ths replica of the 1970 car.

I always said the new Mopar hemi cars looked like they were wearing fat suits.

And for the record, they weren't comparing anything in Motortrend. The article was a first drive of the V6 Camaro.

The picture was just from a quick blog stating that they had them in the same place and were able to get a pic of them together.

Autoblog posted an explanation for the other cars....

Motor Trend was driving the Camaro. Car blog Jalopnik showed up and crashed the PR event driving a Mustang and Challenger, apparently upsetting the GM PR rep that was there

Wow a really positive review from one of the rags? Did they realize they were driving an American car?

Man, these articles just keep getting me more pumped. If my finances won't support the V8 I won't feel quite so bad about the V6 after reading all this.

Probably wanted to hold off to spring it on them so they can see how much it has been improved since that Pre pro car was built..(also maybe get their feedback to double check if they made the improvements where they needed to) As shocked as they were with that car what do you think they will say about the production version!

My dad just saw that pic he said that if I get a ss he will have to get the challenger. I told him that his car will look verry nice......In my rearviewmirrors. OOOOOOOOOOO SNAP!!!!!!

Yeah, i still want to sit in it , and drive it. With the 3rd gen transition to 4th gen, it was identical, pretty much in ride height, seating position. this is all new.

i think the challangers look like a giant datsun from back in the day. i saw a silver one on a trailer today. that looked pretty nice , but...... they still have fake carbon fiber rally stripes. LAME
