The sticker on the rear frame assembly is built the day before your car. Mine says 8/29. My build date is 8/31. 8/30 was a Sunday. My Birthday!

I followed my cars build as it progressed on the "GM Order Workbench- Event history" sheet my dealer supplied me from the time I ordered through delivery:
On 7/25 @ 3400 code it was BROADCAST.
On 8/4 @ 3800 code, it was PRODUCED and assigned a VIN#. 2G1FK1EJ2A132351.
On 8/4 @ 4000 code, it was AVAILABLE TO SHIP.
On 8/5 @ 4150 & 4200 codes INVOICED AND SHIPPED.
I'm assuming then that my car was built/completed on 8/3.
I thought everyone followed their cars build via this WORKBENCH ORDER form.... I guess not.

If it has rattles and squeaks, it is a Monday car. If it's put together pretty well, it was probably built on a Tuesday or Thursday. If it constantly has things going wrong with it, it was likely built on a Friday. If it's perfect in every way, it was likely a Wednesday car.

P.S. Not all cars are built on a Wednesday.
