It's not from your children, A lot of the new Camaro's have this window indexing problem, mine's one of them. I do not have any children, or adults who slam my door, and I haven't had many passengers since ownership either. 800 miles on her.

Driver's seat up/down quit working. seat would go back/forth but not up/down. Funny thing is though, i was playing with it, raised it all the way up, (just to see how far it would go), and pinched a wire and it quit working. seat was too high for hubby to drive it....lol I jokingly told him I was ok with it and was not going to get it fixed!!! But I did. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it w/ no probs. Otherwise, nothing else has broken---knock on wood!!!!

The problem is fixed, they replaced all the modules and connectors and it ended up being a bad ground (go figure). In fixing it somehow the USB port quit working, ordered a new one and replaced it and all is good with the SS now. ( six trips )

Now the 2LT has a problem with (Check Airbags) light keeps coming on. Took to the dealer, found the seat position sensor is bad and have a new part coming and will be replaced on Monday.

With all the problems with the SS the dealer is comping me the Oil Change package for the 2LT for life of ownership. I already had it for the SS so we just put it on the other.

only thing I have had is the temperature control door on the HVAC broke. Took them 4 days to get the part and fix it. It has been working fine since.. 8,300 miles...

spoiler bolts loose, numerous times, now on 3rd different type of nut. The spoiler DOES rub off the paint under the spoiler, have had it painted twice, supposidely fixed it with 3M tape under the spoiler, but now bolts are tight and I see paint peels just above the SS

At 1400 miles the brakes on my Camaro have started to squeal really bad once they warm up a little (usually when coming to a stop), so I'll be taking the car in to have it looked at tomorrow and it will get its 1500 mile oil change (I'll be at almost 1500 miles by then). I'll let ya'll know what the dealer says when I pick it up.

Had to have a new rim and tire due to damage from the delivery truck. Spoiler nut issue fixed once and so far so good. At almost 10,000 miles had to have the engine replaced due to a bad wrist pin, have 13,000 on it now and running GREAT!! All problems were covered without me coming out of pocket. Oh yeah my usb outlet sometimes doesn't work, just waiting till I take it in for the next oil change to get that looked at. And I think I may have a bad driver side speaker it has a little bit of a buzz to it.

8000 miles had a noise like a wheel bearing going out. If you were in driver seat sounded like it was comming from passsenger side front, sitting in passenger seat sounded like it was in the back seat. Only made the noise when you let off the gas. The dealer had it for 2 days, had to put it on a lift and run the car to find it. Turns out the carrier bearing was bad on the drive shaft. Bad part is they can't be replaced. So they had to replace the drive shaft. Noise gone 2SS/RS 6spd.

I wonder why people are listing damage from accidents and outside sources, I don;t think that that was what this thread is supposed to be about. I think it is supposed to be things that have broken on the car due to a defect in the part, not an accident or outside cause...
