Interesting...yeah...if I lose...I might take it up with a lawyer. The latest update is that I'm the bad guy in this. I bet she cried during her statement. Oh well...

There is a 90% chance I will get my G8 today. They told me that the front end just arrived yesterday...makes sense...delivery time for a GXP front end is from 2-5 weeks...that's why I didn't pressure them lol

just curious, how did she manage to hit that side of your car? were you taking a left hand turn?

Thanks guys. I drove all day yesterday after I got it back lol. For about 5hrs. I just gotta take it back today cause 1 fog light is not working. Other than that...she's back to normal!

I hit her bumper as she crossed the intersection. I had a green. You never expect a car to come flying from your left side when they have a red. As soon as I saw that she wasnt stopping...I had to slam on my brakes otherwise she would have T-boned me and there would have been a thread on here that I had past away...I managed to stop...but clipped her in the process.

god damnit... i hate that shit.

yet another reason why a wide angle pin hole camera on the front and rear of a car is always a worth while addition.

you never know when you could use some video evidence of a certain moment.
