Why not return it for a refund? It looks like hell! If I got a product in I ordered I would contact the vedor and ask to be made right, not launch a blindsided smear post. The test was for effectivness...But I smell a set-up.

If unhappy (and yes, it looks like the paint was not cured enough and stuck to the packaging, or I suspect you scrapped it off just for this slam). Never in you PM's did you ever say you wanted to compare exterior finish.....it was all about effectiness with the instructions on how to do it, but it appears clear you had another motive.

You even have my phone #. No call, no email notifying me of anything wrong, just go into a thread and do this.

I guarantee all products, and there are hundreds of these in use on Camaro5 member cars......and no complaints.

Any issues, I even cover the shipping back and make it 100% right.

The size of the RX and Elite can appear to be pretty close. Obviously you wouldn't want to le the Elite get overly full as removing the can could get messy. Now that I think about it, both might benefit from a site glass.
i am like elite the bets right now

The Elite can is a great can, and as far as appearance it is as nice as they get.

As for the paint & packaging, it is obvious it looks like crap and should be returned for a refund. With 40-50 a week going out there is bound to be issues now and then, and that is why a contact to let me know would have been the thing to do if no bad intent was ment. There is no excuse to recieve it in that shape and I was ALWAYS prompt in all communication with you in the past, but you chose not to contact me when it arrived in that shape.

We all have problems from time to time, it's the nature of the business. I've always said that a true measure of a good vendor is not only the quality of his/her products, but how they react once a problem is encountered.

Reviews like this from customers should make manufacturers/dealers aware that they should be at the top of their game when dealing with customers who pay particular attention to product appearance. I've received several things lately that could have had better quality control, and I wish I would have said something. Maybe it's time for all of us to give reviews back in that section of the forum when we get something good or bad. It's time for quality in business. America has done it in the past.

Here are pictures of what matters the most, the design & function:

We did away with the mesh as it soon saturated & allowed droplets to pull off & out the outlet.

Nice!

It's cool to see what's inside.

BTW: mine RevX came in great condition. I think it was powder coated and looks great in silver.
