I pretty much stopped waving to car owners now. I can't count how many times I have waved and there is usually never a response. Makes you feel stupid. I only wave to riders which you will get a wave back 90% of the time. I think it's because any schmuck can drive a Camaro but takes much more skill to ride a motorcycle. So guys that are into riding actually do it because they have a passion for it. Other riders can relate to that.

No waving for me. I might wave back if someone waves to me. There are so many v6 rental Camaros in Florida why bother.

Great story. Personally I'll compliment any car, Jeep, truck that I think is nice. Doesn't haven't to be GM.

I always treat the Trans Am's and the Vettes just like the Camaro's. A friendly wave or a thumbs up. We have an 02' TA that Ive been working on for my husband since he is madly in love with TA's so we have alot of sister car love here.
Though I always find its the other Camaro owners/enthusiasts that are the friendliest to me. Maybe it's because we share a specific love. And I dont have much against the mustang owners except they have obvious bad taste (haha).

I've had thathappen with the jeep plenty of times.. It's built, and more often than not, i'll park it away from other cars - not because i care about it being damaged, but because i barely fit into the spots (which are narrower than the standard, in nyc) due to my tires. Rather than making people uncomfortable with my muddy rig parked next to them - i take the extra walk. More often than not, i'll come back to find another built rig parked right next to mine (usually jeeps - but not always.)
