Yellow_Glide...you must have the patience of Job.

I hate to say this, but is everything REALLY good? Are there really no issues and just waiting on final numbers at this point? I'd hope for your sake that someone is cutting you one hell of a deal b/c having your car for 5 months is asking A LOT.

I hope your car comes back running like a top b/c to experience issues after all of this would be an utter shame.

This was at one time the most exciting thread in the V6 section. It has gone the other way. Lets see this one finished.

Well, I just feel like after all this time, money, and effort, no-one is going to want to do cams when they know their car may be out of commission for......ever. lol (ok bit of a j/k there)

We all have the utmost respect for you Yellow_Glide, no matter what. I just hope the build is going ok.

Hey, everything is going good. We're replacing the clutch - Chakita has seen a lot of passes on the dyno. Lol - just another upgrade!!! Should be wrapping up anytime so we can finish tuning and post everything.

Last project like this only made 24 passes on the dyno and lost the clutch 53 miles later. Had never seen steels in a clutch pack that were purple and black... No worries on this.

Now if work will let up so I can go see Tracy and Chakita!!!

I really am wanting this but lack of info makes me nervous. I have been down to see Tracy many times and don't have any lack of confidence in him I am just starting to think our ECM is a nightmare for turbos, cams, and superchargers and that is the hold up.

Amen to the ECM nightmare part. Everyone is scared to touch these ECM's.

Honestly, I think Glide is a trooper. Guy is always positive and all hes sacrificing for Cams, good for you man. Although I dont think I could ever do the same lol
