Let's get on it! People are reallyyyyyy going to be tempted by unhealthy high calorie dense foods at car shows, holidays (like tomorrow), sporting events, movies, etc. However, weight loss (we talking fat loss here) is all about structure and consistency. If anyone needs some advice, call me or PM and we'll talk via phone, as it will take much less time to give you a greater amount of info. Health just happens to be my area of study. Now, if some people don't think they can hold back a little during tomorrows holiday, it may be best to start on Sunday or Monday instead.
You'll do better than you think as long as effort is put forth. I'll also help as much as I can with the time I have. It's just as much as a mental battle as it is a physical, but it's completely feasible. |

Heres my Challenge to you all im doing this now and it will definately help you on weight loss:
10,000 Push ups 10,000 Squats 10,000 Crunch or sit ups 150 Miles running or treadmill for the advanced add: 10,000 pull ups. 10 weeks .....and go!!! I started yesterday tracking my results on my iphone! |

Haha nice job ya crazy bastards. Keep em' going. It's easy to get detailed, but don't do it. Start lowering daily calorie intake slightly (just subtract 100-250 calories less than what you're eating now is many times all that's needed). I'm going to see how lean I can get before loosing muscle mass. I've done it in the past and have a good idea where that is, so it's time to do it again. This will also help me have the best strength to weight ratio. That's what it all about. The leaner we are (only to a certain point though because if we are too lean if will affect strength, hormones, bone strength, etc), we usually function better since there is less total mass to carry. The mass we will have is functional and can produce force (muscle mass), so we protect joints better, have increased joint stability, reduce chance of injury, can more easily increase speed and agility, make cardiovascular work easier since our strength to weight ratio is favorable, etc.
Roll with the punches so to speak, stay structured, and don't give up. |
