Roll with the punches so to speak, stay structured, and don't give up.

Thanks man . I may in the future once life calms down a bit. I have to figure out how I would want to focus the book, but I would love to right it about health and fitness, and to debunk a lot of bullcrap myths out there that do nothing but confuse unsuspecting individuals.
