Exactly. If you're gonna mod a vette, buy a used one. Unless of course you're made of money.

I'd only do headers and an intake so it really won't cost me that much.

C6z06...better money spent. I want a c7 though, too. I make my decision 1Q 2015 as to what I will do. I'm "team camaro" until then.

I was thinking Z06, but it just looks so old compared to the new one. Either way I'll still be team Camaro.

I'm going to be honest....I probably won't be. I'll obviously keep mine for a DD, but....

It's hard to beat an older fox body for cost, performance, etc. when speaking of just wanting a toy to take to the dragstrip.

I still love the C6 Z06, but the new C7 is nice, just think the C7 Z06 is gonna be too over priced.

Tadge said if you can afford the C6 Z06 you can afford the C7. He said the same thing about the Stingray and it's true so I believe him.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next
Track fix.

Got one of the TH400's tore down yesterday. Probably not going to use that one though, I would have to buy a smooth drum to use it. We have a '67 TH400 in the shed that will have the drum I need and will be in better condition then this one. This ones life ended when it met a 540BB.
