I think I've got the underhood bowtie/LEDS at the point where I'm happy with 'em. Or maybe I'm just tired of messin around with the whole deal while I've got a lotta other stuff to do.
Here's a photo of it...which was a bitch to do: available light (before dawn), monopod, 1/2 second shutter at F2.8 and 6400 ISO...everything but the tripod. Next: either fix/replace my "mainframe": http://www.raytherat.com/dreadnought/Welcome.html (either the video card or the mainboard has gone TU...and the mainboard seems like the likely suspect) or start replacing the fuel rails so I can get to the shock tower brace (and quit tripping over it on my dining room floor.) I'm not lookin forward to puttin it away for the winter. It's a hell of a lot more fun to drive than my Burb. |

This may or may not have already been posted - not sure. Anyway, I was stopped on a slight incline, I have 6-speed manual, and when I released the brake, the car didn't roll backwards! I guess it's some kind of safety feature....yeah? I thought it was pretty cool.

is it just the picture or is it below the top of the steering wheel? dont want it getting in the way of your hands if you have to steer in a emergency.

Tired to get my dealer to switch a tire that I got a giant bulge on. (not my normal dealer as I'm out of town).
I go in, they say it'll be done in about 40 minutes. An hour goes by and they come back saying they won't be able to get to me prior to closing. I have to go back tomorrow.
