the rules say the top speed on the track is limited to 55mph, wtf?

IF everybody shows i am showing 16 so far , 17 if GQ makes the trip. still havent heard from will marsh as a definite yes. and steeler is still on the fence. (hes got to be getting sore) Still have a few more contacts out.
