Yeah the L99 is the only Camaro with AFM. The V6 probably does not need it due to the higher efficiency of Direct Injection.

I don't have any video, but if you go to flowmaster's site they have the install video with startup and driveby. It is actually pretty accurate for the sound. The flowmaster has a nice low rumble, is not overly loud, quiet at idle without being non-existent and definitely speaks it's mind when you step in it. I am not going to put headers on, wanted to lose the chevy trash cans under the rear and wanted a better sound. This one fits the bill and that's why I went with it. I haven't heard of anyone being dissatisfied with it. There is a whole section on V6 exhaust in the forums and more on the net if you search it.
The other thing is I got it for $367 shipped, which is better than any price I've seen out there on any system with the exception of custom axle back changes by local shops. MRT V2 is nice. It would be a good choice. IMHO, if you are going to go with headers and exhaust, you should do them together. Either set up is sweet.

Look at my sig below subthey are louder than stock but at cruise speeds they are actually quieter in my opinion. You definitely need to have a tune and turn off the AFM if you have the L99......

I have an LT, so not an issue. They are great on both. Sound is good through the whole range.

Hello, friends! Sorry I've neglected this thread. I've been busy and I just got engaged yesterday afternoon to my girlfriend of 5 years. We dated in High school and through all of college. Now that we both graduated I figured I might as well pop the question! She said "yea" of course! Now I still need to find my replacement rear bumper... poor Bee hasn't been taken care of since that dreaded day back in April......

Road trip
We're about in the middle of our road trip and I've been having trouble getting good internet connections; we got good connections tonight in Missoula, so I thought I'd better start posting some photos! This one was taken in Flaming Gorge, Utah last Thursday. The Camaro is running great and gets lots of attention!
