Hey RS that is one sweeeet ride there!!

Man my engine is still on a stand and I am excited for you. Called yesterday and we are still waiting on the flywheel.

Seeing yours in all of its completed beauty is worth another week. Man have fun this weekend and give me all of the lowdown on that work of art.

Now dont tease the Mrs too much while she is car-less.

Paul, No not sharing. Just trying to get in some drive time since mine will be up at LPE sitting next to yours next week.

I got the time slips posted in the drag strip thread "Official 1/4 Mile 2010 Camaro Fast List" for any of you who might be interested.

There were all kinds of vehicles there last night. It was an evening full of waiting.. There were 11 mechanical failures, a dreaded oiling of the groove in the right lane, and after we had made a pass a pro mod had an issue and went into reverse while trying to pull up and out of the staging lane and backed into and almost over 4-5 motor cycles and caught a spectator (who ended up being ok by the way, a little banged up but lucky).

I didn't get a lot of time to let the car cool between runs, and ran every pass with 20 psi in the DR's. All in all I had a good time though.

A buddy and I took our kids (his son my daughter) so they got some video of us, so I'll have to view it in the near future and get it posted as well.

I might have to take Kevin up on his recommendation of swapping out my rear gear for the stick rear gear, so that I can pick up some more 1/4 mile speed/time. Or just go for a set of 3.70 gears that are being cut.
