Yeah they mentioned it could be a local carrier, no info from AAG or Cassens, called the dealer today to discuss some financing stuff but the Sales MAnager never got back to me. I would hop if it was actually delivered I woulda been called. No biggie, I probably couldn't pick it up until Saturday anyway but I'd like to be there the day it comes off the truck to look it over.

I emailed my dealer today and told her about my defective overhead roller bearing problem ...he said ...

I called DBC (Dealer Business Center) and they stated that the railcar is on the move...They gave me the same information that you have...so we will just keep our fingers crossed that we are still on schedule...Remember the timeframe...2-3 days before or after the EXP IT date!

My expected date is the 22nd.

When calling for status, it still says the same thing, but ....

It sure would be a cool surprise if my car was somehow with yours and showed up on time!

That said, I can't help but get excited for all you guys who are close or already took possesion of your Camaros! Love the pics! Thanks for posting ...

good news! at least you are back on the move...at the rate mine is moving it should be here by the end of the week. Only Nevada is in the way now! would be super sweet if I could pick it up on the weekend

how did you all get info on what state the car is in. my dealer called me on sat and said that the expected date was the 20th but could be earlyier. camaro tracking says

Hey slicker, have fun stalking your railcar across the country like the rest of us have been. Do the following to get info on the car's location;

You're on a CSX train,
Call 800-235-2352
Enter option 1
Enter 32818192# when asked for the car's initials
Then in your case, enter 700774## for the car number

This will give you a computerized voice telling you location info about the rail car.

My car finally moved from one location I couldn't understand to another one, but at least it's in Missouri now instead of Illinois. Sounded like "North Dexter" or something...

Thanks for the encourgament! As of this morning the status call now says "Released from Repair 11/18 8am". Hoping it's just lag info ...

But, the good news I'm guess I am for sure on the tracks again!

Can't wait to leave Illonois! Not been a fun visit ... If I remember right ... your next stop was Missouri ... So here I come Missouri!!

thanks alot I call and it's in Battlecreek MI. Wow it has taken 8 days to go from Oshawa Canada to battlecreek. Wow it looks like my dealer is wrong in telling me that the lasted eta would be the 20th Wow I don't understand the 8 days for minimal traval.

I hear ya Karen, looks like mine may be in the same situation, either a local carrier or it is still sitting in the rail yard waiting for a truck to fill up before it rolls. I coulda walked there from home and go the car myself
