Were Heading up to Indy for Camaro5 Fest in the Morning with Sinister!!!!!!

Who else is leaving out in the morning besides Me and 10aSSee D?????

1977and2010 ( Josh and his dad ) are traveling up from Tampa Wednesday and staying at my home Wednesday night. Josh, his dad, my wife and I will be leaving Knoxville for Indy around 7:00 to 7:30am from my home. We will be traveling I75 to I295 around Cincinnati and then west on I74.

There is a cars and coffee meet Sunday 8/12/12 at West Town Mall, starts at 8am if anyone is interested.

Dave did you make it to the cars and coffee? We were planning on going but went hiking Saturday and was just to worn out to make it.

My son w/his '04 GTI VR6 and I with my '10 2SS/RS attended. Many more cars than I expected, I heard upwards of 400 cars. In fact it appeared like more cars at this CC than were at the 3rd C5 fest in Indy a couple of weeks ago.

Wow ! 400 cars, that's a great turnout. We actually went to lunch around 11:30 at the Firehouse across the street and saw a Ferrari and a couple of other "Euro" cars hitting the on ramp. We wondered if they were coming from there, thought it was over 10:00 so we didn't go check it out.

Thanks D for posting the event. We are still trying to figure out how to find all of the get together's, shows, cruises etc.

Ya it was a good turn out, not quite as many as the fest but a really good turn out. I'm happy to post events when I know about them a head of time. It was over at ten and the cops started running everyone off lol!!

Switchblade, I am fairly new to this so I probably am not the best person to answer your question. But, from my experience just keep an eye this thread for events / get togethers.
