Congrats Mike! I wish I could say the same. I really like the convertible camaro. I drove side by side a synergy green camaro SS/RS with black stripes for like 10 miles until he ended up exiting. Man is that green bright! I really like it.

Re-upped my Onstar

I let my Onstar lapse (been a pretty busy last few months...) and when I clicked on the link to renew, nothing happens. I didn't want to do the mail-in route (dogsleds are too slow), so I went out to the Camaro (in storage) and pushed the blue button. In about 45 seconds, I was renewed for another year with an honest-to-gosh person who spoke english like a first language. Perfect! Not at all like my last Dell 'experience'....we fired Dell by the way. Next computer will be anything but a Dell.

I have the new Macbook Pro, but if your wanting to stay with windows operating system then i recommend an HP laptop. My dad just bought my sisters one and its a great computer for $700 with tax. Never will we purchase anything sony. My sisters had a sony vaio and it now messed up. Had it repaired to find it messed up just 3 months after the repair. Customer service for sony is crap too. All the electronics ranging from DVD player to our digital camera to our handicam to our LCD HDTV etc. at my house is sony, but it seems like sony doesn't care so much for quality anymore. I highly recommend you stay away from sony!

My work laptop is a four year old Sony Vaio...still works OK but don't think I'd get another one....I might upgrade it this year (if congress decides to fund us) and am thinking about a Toshiba. I travel with it quite a bit and need something fairly small and tough. Some of the guys use Toughbooks but they're overkill for me as I don't spend time in the field w/computer. I'd be happy with anything that works or has decent service! In fact, I like my cars to be the same way! Looking at buying a new Tahoe pretty soon and don't know if I wouldn't rather build up an old 50's Suburban for a daily driver!!

Toshiba is good too. My best friend has one and he loves it. I wanted my dad to get a Tahoe before we got our camry but looking at the gas prices and how much i have to drive he decided to get the camry instead. He also wanted a lexus or BMW but with the economy being the way it is he said he wants to wait a year or two and see what happens. Buying a 60K car and not knowing what might happen next with the economy, its always best to play it safe. So what will happen to the 50's Suburban?

You should be scared!

And you should go!! I can truthfully say that I've done lots of things in my life that (rightfully so) scared me (it's healthy!) and haven't regretting a single one! Don't wait until you're as old as me to start a bucket list!
