His was probably stock.

Yours was done aftermarket, afterthought, and most likely ... after-a-few-beers.

As for the "bleeding" remark, it has stopped. This was the cure ...

Nice pics Frank,just got home.Actually I met Linda for dinner in Auburn.It was a nice short cruise down the pike(only 98 miles),saw one trooper sitting in the median.Had a great time albeit a short one.Looking forward to the next time.Brought home a basket full of bugs from the trip back on the thruway.

When I was at the "Cruzin the Moon" car show with UC5 last year, I saw my first original 427 Cobra. The guy said it was found by State Police scuba divers many years ago while looking where stolen cars had reportedly been dumped. He bought it and restored it to this (check out the license plate!).
