Here for a week and the rental agency had a yellow 1SS that I didn't take...probably should have...driving a VW Jetta of all things..oh well. We really don't have much snow on the ground at sea level at home, just a dusting the other day. They are wearing out shovels in other parts of Alaska, that's for sure!

80 in SoCal.

My buddies brother-in-law was out here from Alaska about two weeks ago. The kids were trying to go swimming in my 52* pool. I thought my wife was going to freeze to death at 60*. There was over a hundred degree difference in our place and theirs.

Crazy cold up there. I don't see why anyone would put them selves through that.

It's a 'dry' cold...feels chillier walking into a meat locker; only your ears don't freeze in a few seconds...

Hello everyone! Nice to see some old faces! Still camaroless but I did pick up a new ride Lexus RX 350 on April 9th, 2012. I drive that as my daily driver. Parents picked the car just like they did when they bought the Camry after we sold my camaro. Should be getting another car in 6 months. Hoping it will be a camaro, if not then I really like the new Lexus GS-F.
