I just do P90X now..and P90X INSANITY and run...if I eat alot..i just run alittle further the next day...but I try not to eat after 9 pm ever..lol unless its football season..then its a wrap

I'm the same way. I'm 6'1" and weighed a mere 150 coming outta HS and then when I got to college I added 25 lbs of muscle and then plateaued pretty quickly. Tried changing up my routines to keep my body guessing and still nothing. Now I'm just trying to maintain while everything in my life is crazy and non-stop until I can get a routine down.
