Went to 75/80 Dragway on Saturday to test out the new Pedders coilovers Tim at T&T Performance installed on my car. Had my best 60ft ever, with a 1.459. Unfortunately, I missed 2nd gear, so it didn't translate into my best et. Tim figures that if we soften up the shocks a litte more, and drop the pressure in the slicks 1/2 pound from the current 14 lbs, I can leave at 4,200rpm, instead of the current 4,000, and maybe get into the 1.30s. Not bad for a 4,300lb daily driver with a manual transmission! Other than the Pedders, everything else on the car is the same as my last submission to the fastest 60ft thread. BTW, That's Tim's ZL1 that ran the 10.88 in the left lane, running M&H drag radials.

I know it won't change my position on the list, but please update my 60 ft time. My mods are the same as my previous submission, with the exception of the Pedder's Supercar coilovers replacing the KWs.
Hoosier slicks 16x19x28
Pedder's Bushings & Supercar coilovers
1000hp axles
subframe connectors
trailing arms
Ford 9" center section
Stock M6 transmission

Will you update my Clutch on my 60' time? The 1.58 60' was made with the Street Slayer Triple Carbon clutch not with the LPE Clutch.

Those are some good numbers with both sets of tires. You placed well in each category.

Congrats! There are very few people in the 1.40's and that's a solid time.

Another 1.7 on street tires, congrats! We now have five 1.7's on street tires, I keep waiting to see that magic 1.6 pop up in the thread. Who will be the first??

Damn! You guys are knocking on the 1.20's! As far as I know nobody has dipped into the 1.20's in an IRS 5th Gen. When are you guys going back to the track? I know you have more in it....

It must be the trailing arms.

Maybe I should try and squeeze it out of the whole next time on the street tires.

60' list

There seems to be a log jam around the 1.78 area, so I thought I would thin the herd a little. I'm pretty happy to be one of the few M6 in this category.
Car is riding on the stock Pirelli PZero's, stock suspension, stock gears.

Do it! You might get lucky and get it to hook long enough to dip into the 1.6's! A 1.699 would probably last a while before someone took you down.

That is definitely respectable. You must be a "master clutch slipper" to milk that time out of an M6 car with stock street tires!
