Is anyone else dissapointed that Mr. Hendricks did not get the IOM body colored engine cover option? That would have looked great with the interior and IOM rally stripes when they are installed at the dealer. It is not like it would have cost him any more money either. He would have still paid $350,000 at the Barret Jackson Auto Aution.

After thinking about that a little more perhaps he did get that option. It is afterall a dealer installed option.

vibe, thanks for the pics! wish i had known in advance hendricks' cars were coming...i'd have been there, for sure.

i went by about 7pm and got to see them from the garage windows...just amazingly sweet!

that io interior has really grown on me a LOT. i'm typically a "plain" guy, so i just went with the black leather (2SS/RS w/GFX). now i'm wishing i had gone with that option, too. the stitching really sets it off. but it won't matter once i have her!

Does anyone know which wheels are on the vehicle #0001. I don't think it is Midnight Silver - is it the polished 20's.

They are polished wheels.
If you look in the pictures they are just dirty.
Just need to be cleaned up.

Where are the cars at?I ordered from Hendrick of Cary and was wondering if I can go check them out tomorrow.I e-mailed the sales manager ,but it was late last night and there off today.

Yea all of his drivers are top gun's basically.

I didn't like Jeff Gordon for a while after that fist fight back in the day. But now looking back it was more fun when they had post race confrontations.

they were in the garage right off the main sales building. unfortunately, i didn't ask how long they'd be there, sorry. i doubt they'd be in that spot for long...seems like too much of a high-traffic area. i was told that it wasn't supposed to get out that they were there...oops, haha

Yea, that would be my dumb ass.. If I had known I'd have held off on the pics for awhile. I knew they were planning a display but I didnt know it was top secret.
