I've had a couple of people ask me if it transforms...in jest I'm sure. And after I picture myself slapping them, I just tell them it was a $50k option that I couldn't afford at this time.

oops sorry, typo....it was supposed to be 65. Any Camaro is badass in my book....but hard to substantiate the ones that didn't exist

A guy I work with said gm copied a foul cleveland engine when they built the ls engines, when he looked under my hood he said see there at the exhaust manifolds the 2 center ports are not together like a small block Chevy, thats a cleveland. After I looked at him in total shock of his stupidity, I told him yea your right...........I guess gm got a good deal in ford engines, closed my hood and walked away.

well this was about 3 years ago....

I was working part time at an oil change place and a new GT 500 was parked at the gas station across the street. I said to my co workers, those cars arent too bad looking.

He says, "crap, those are slow as hell"

I say "i wouldnt say they are slow, but you are right i would rather have a new camaro or corvette z06"

He then proceeds to tell me how his dad works for GM and will be getting HIS new camaro in 6 months. remember this was 3 years ago! lol

Also went on to tell me the z06 was slow. I tired to tell him 505hp is not slow. Wouldnt listen to me and kept going on about how the ones with 505 hp were not made by GM and were dealer installed packages only. and they were named "corvette 505"

Oh yeah he also told me he had a 67 camaro, when asked why he insisted on driving a beat to hell early 90s sunfire he said "because the camaro isnt street legal" lol

Today after I'm done polishing it, some guy rolls up and says "wow, I can't wait until the convertible comes out...but I'm not buying a GM until they're not owned by the government". The he pulls away in his Hyundai. Come on now.
