Typically, the sales commission is 25 to 35 percent of gross profit. So why would a dealer try to sell you a cheaper model when a more expensive model would increase their profit margin.

I am loving my 2LT choice. I will trade up for a 2SS when I am out of college and have enough money to afford it. I appreciate all of your kind responses. You all are great!

I don't think anyone here regrets getting a 2SS. I know I didn't.

I went with the H&R sport springs... they gave a 1.4" drop in the back and 1.3 in the front. Sick car btw

My wife and I saw a Synergy Green/Black Stripes V6 Camaro the other day and she was pleasantly suprised how nice it looked. She even contemplated for a few seconds on getting one for herself. That's when Maggie threw her back in the seat and her head hit the head rest and she came to her senses.

Seriously, if she told me she wants a V6 camaro today, we'd be getting her one today.
