I can post my opinion about what sounds better, its my opinion, you're free to think whatever you want.

Bias always plays a hand. I loved my magnaflows, but glad i switched. I do really like the Gibson. Its a little bit raspier then the magnaflows, so i will be making some adjustments. I need to find another H-pipe, my wife tossed mine. :(

You're right, they dont. You have to understand that the microphones built in to cameras can sometimes not be able to pick up certain frequencies, so even the most minor difference in a note, can mean BIG difference in the audio in a video clip.

Alright whenever is cool . SEMA must have been fun .

Yea Corsa doesn't sound that great in any of the videos (IMO) how was it at idle? Pretty quiet, or was it loud (as in louder than stock).

I would say.. sounds like a V8, with a mild conservative exhaust system, it was deep and throaty, and not overly loud.. but louder than stock.

True statement. However, Demon Hunters exhaust sounds very close to it, maybe even a little better, at more then half the price. The biggest difference is that you wont see any gains in HP/TQ with an axleback, and with a full cat back you will atleast see some gains, even if its only a couple.

I think the difference is definitely the H-pipe. It gives you more of a rumble and makes it louder. I've been reading, and I'm not really sure there's much of a difference in performance switching to a x-pipe, but for sound the H is definitely the way to go. Just my $.02....

I have a 4 day weekend, care to meet up and make some new vids??

As for performance, the x-pipe will help the flow of exhaust, make it leave the car faster.. usually yields some gains. Also, it improved my MPG's about 4-5 on average. Varies with each car though.

4-5? Man thats great! With all I have done I think I got jack and squat! At least in town anyway. Yeah x pulls for low to mid range torque and maybe some top end but on these cars any gain is wonderful. Add that to a wopping 3-4 with a axelback and now were really talking!

I remember with the v8's we said we refered to 10 hp as gained no hp!
