Must just be the CGM in differant lighting... Part of what I love about CGM.

yea it looks different in different lighting and sometime the color looks off on certain colors.

I have to ask what LED's do you have in the upper and lower grills and where are you mounting them or placing them?

i have the 1 aac dynamic scanner version 2 and i mounted it on the brace metal brace facing the radiator so it reflects off and shows out both grills.

once you take the black protector thing where the lever you will look down and find the metal brace from the chasis and have it face the radiator i have a pic but i am at work right now.
