yupp and it can be an expensive game to play! but the headlights were my fault, forgot to pop off the covers before hopping on the interstate Trust me i don't hate cops...i just hate getting caught! I guess its time to downgrade to a lighter tint and upgrade to some exhaust diverters

What is the law in Virginia? The only thing I can find mentioned they have to be visible from a minimum of 500 feet on a clear day. If that is true and you can definitely see yours from 1000 ft, I would fight it.
