Look guy's I've had a 1981 Fiat Spyder 2000 that lasted longer than any of those other cars I've listed, and My wife has a 1998 GMC Sonoma (146,000) That we've had no problems out of other than basic mantenance. I've had some GM products and Dodge
1964 Cadilac Eldorado, Very big car
1973 Dodge Charger, Fast and the only problems I had with this car was the Carb.
1984 Pontiac Fiero, Mantenance on this thing was a bit*h, but after 150,000 miles I sold it ot someone who is still driving it.
1981 Fiat Spyder, al I can say is it was a fun Car, But it got totaled.
2001 Chevolet Impala, This almost turned me against GM At 80000 Miles it started drinking water, seems GM knew about this (plastic intake manifolds) but would not fix it.
Got 2005 Hyundia XG350 Did not have any problems out of this Car. Sold it for the
2010 Camaro ( the reason is the wife wanted it) and the only reason I got it was it came with a 100,000 mile warenty.

So I would not have a Ford, but some people like them, not me.

Oh and BTW I'm 50

I hate to admit this, but I guess honesty is the first step.

We picked up a 2010 GT500 convertible tonight to share the garage with my wife's 2010 Camaro SS. It is our first Ford since 1977, God Bless American muscle!!!!!

Think about what you're saying. Me not following your user profile pales in comparison to how your naivety has been the catalyst for some very ignorant, fanboyish posts on your part...
Lol...OK. You are blind. Open your eyes. Your world will become much more exciting.

When I mean user profile, look to your left under my user name. Requires little effort outside of shifting your eyes. I would guess that it takes less than 1 calorie to do.

BTW - feel free to preach to your fellow Camaro buddies about what times a car will run at what track. Plenty of Camaro owners here who state they have never seen a 2011+ Mustang GT run better than a 13 at their local tracks. Call them fanboys too? I could care less if you don't like my posts. Put me on ignore. Problem solved.

Where in Texas are you? Feel free to make some runs at SAR. I would be happy to meet you there.

I think both are diferent...better....in a different but better way. The Mustang is not a very pretty car but performs a tad better. The Camaro is a gorgeous car and is a tick slower. It also has the worst outward visibility of any car I've ever owned and oddly it's the 1st car that I haven't curbed the wheels or scraped the chin or backed into something withing th 1st year of owning it. The car makes me more consiencious of my driving than any other car I've owned. So in the end the visibility prob is no biggie for me. Had Mustang had the current engine options available when I purchased then my decision might have been a little tougher. I still think Ford would have lost though.

Look, I will be the first to admit that what Ford Produced outside of the F150 and Mustang over the last 30 - 40 years has been garbage. On that same note though, I think every manufacturer has been under quality issues at some point. Ok you had a bad run in the 70s. I had a really shitty '88 Escort as my second car. I HATED that thing and cursed Ford for considering that worthy of being on the road. I also had a '78 Fairmont that had over 200K miles on it before it needed to be rebuilt. It was reliable but hardly anything I would consider comfortable. That said my mind can be changed and over the last 2 years Ford has done a lot to start changing my mind. Same goes for GM. I would never have considered buying any GM product in MY 2004. Today is a totally different story.

To run the times in a 2010+ Camaro that I have run in my Mustang requires a power adder which is another $5K plus in mods. I have about $3.5K in my current mods and that includes suspension, clutch, drive shaft, etc... My investment in power mods is ~$1,900. You tell me which one is the better investment?
I said the car gets better by the dollar... Read for what is written. But anyway thanks to everyones defense to "wrong" statement being followed by another

Funny you should mention looking to my left at your user profile. I read a few of your posts before I ever paid attention to it and I honestly thought you fit the bill for what the typical Challenger driving mullet would be. I looked over there and whatta ya know . You're now calling out a V6 Camaro in your modded 5.0? You put gel in your mullet? Your Ford nutswinging IS that obvious. BTW your Camaro and GT500 you had aren't in your profile. You obviously make pretty good money or have shitty credit, I didn't know watching grass grow paid that well, j/k man . You're a hoot though, ignore option used.
Hahahaha... This made me laugh my ass OFF!

Mustang 5.0 are not really selling. There's some news that it's not looking good at all.

I think they out did themselves by releasing a 300HP V6 that gets 31mpgs.

Most people are content with the 300HP

Based off of what? Mods? Have you had any experience with both? We can only interpret what you type, not what you "mean"... From where I sit you have nothing to back that statement up with.

The only thing it reminds people of is your lack of reading skills. I'm beginning to think you may have a crush on me.
