I got to play with an SS for 2 days prior to buying it to see if it would fit into my lifestyle, lol, and then I got free weatherproof floor mats. They tried to talk me out of those saying NO ONE puts those in their cars but I have an 11 yr old...nuff said.

I ended up getting the full Chevy Maintenance package (Oil changes + service for first few years or x mileage).
Granted, there is a little more to it (like the fact I paid for my car in full one month before I got it), but short version of the story: they made it right without me having to complain much.

Free car wash with every service - That's not going to happen.
First free oil change - Happened, I stood there and watched them like a Hawk.  Credit union discount in May 09 when everyone was charging over sticker.

I got to sit in and drive a ZR1. It was an awesome experience and seriously spoiled the drive home in the Camaro.

"Transformers" sold me that car. So I wanted a yellow 2LT 2010 and having the striped painted because, frankly 1500$ was a bit much. So I went in in August to buy the car (on my birthday!).Comes October, no news... I call and learn that the person who sold me the car doesn't work there anymore and that my file was delayed and that I possibly wouldn't get the car until January...
So I started looking on the GM site and saw that another dealer had a 2010 2LT TFE edition with the 20" polished alum. wheels. So, I called my dealer and told him: "You know, there's this yellow 2LT at the other dealer, but it's a lot more expensive than what you're asking..." He called me back and told me that it was because of the wheels and the TFE package. So, I innocently answered: "What, A "Transformer" package, like in that teen movie? No way I'm paying for that. I might meet you half way on the wheels, though" And he agreed! As it turned out, he forget to charge me for the wheels, so I got the TFE package and 20" wheels for free! Phil |

They pay for my car until September. Also did me a favor by not installing the front plate bracket, which they are legally required to do in this state.
