uhh its 6pm..its not up... so im sending a massive pissed e-mail to them.. just so they know someone was upset cause they didn't post exactly at 6pm.

Refreshing a site doesn't crash it, especially if you have images cached. Holding a session crashes it, which I assume there session time is about a minute. If you're refreshing every minute then you might as well just refresh as much as you want.
