Do you stare at the techs while they work on your car?

not most people I deal with do. how do you choose places? do you just flip open the yellow pages, close your eyes and and pick one?

I don't take mine to techs. I take mine to my ASE certified uncle who knows how careful I expect him to be with my cars.
