Well after a week of what seemed like me just spinning my wheels and not getting anything done things are moving along.

I have my car all picked out and it will be delivered to a dealership near me next week. I opted not to build my car since they had one in transit with my exact specs being delivered 40 miles away.

No word as to when exactly I will get to take delivery but there is a hold on the vehicle and they can not sell it. I am just so happy that things are finally moving along and that I will be out of this nightmare camaro very soon.

That is BS that the rep said you can't use a water hose to test the leak, just like you said, how the hell are you supposed to wash your friggin car?
Glad you are getting a new car. They better be cutting you a very sweet deal for all the crap you've gone through.

If all goes as I hope I will get what I paid for the vehicle, which will pay off my loan, give me several thousand to put down on the new car, and I should be able to get all of the rebates and incentives I qualify for. All in all, I should only be financing 23k for a 2013 2LT. Much better off than I am right now.

That is assuming I did my math right and everything goes as I think it will (we shall see).

well I was torn between the ashen grey met and the blue ray met, but after seeing them both in person I decided on the blue ray.

and that is the only change between the cars....well that and the model year and hopefully the leak.
I tossed around going with an ss but it just want worth it to me. I love everything about the 2lt, just wish it had a v8.

should get more info from GM tomorrow.

Not much new to report.

My soon to be new car has been delivered to a dealership nearish to me (62 miles away).... it has 4 miles on it and it is everything I hoped it would be. (Drove down this weekend to see the car, dealer said they took it off the truck and tucked it away with a sold sign on the dash and it hasnt been touched since)

Now I am waiting on a call from the Trade department at Gm to hash out all the figures so I can go get my car. Should hear from them by Friday.

So things are progressing along, got a call today from general motors buy back dept. My trade is set for this Saturday. I am so exited I can't wait to drive off in my new car!
